Your quote is used to give you your report. We only add it to our price database if you say yes, and before we do we remove names, phone numbers, addresses and contractor identities. Your data is never sold, and we never send your quote to contractors without your permission.
Yes. Furniture and FF&E quotes get the same treatment as renovation quotes: each item compared with UAE prices, missing specs and risky terms flagged, and a clean request for pricing to compare suppliers. You can also share your style or room photos and Kayyal suggests pieces that match.
You pay for reports and Pro plans. Contractors can't pay for leads or rankings. Furniture suppliers can pay for sponsored placements, which are always labelled "Sponsored | إعلان" and never change a score or a ranking. If you choose to buy through a furniture retailer or maker we introduce, we may earn a commission, and we'll always show it to you.
Dubai first: the service launches there in January 2027, for apartments, townhouses and villas. Abu Dhabi follows. You can join the waitlist for either city now, and suppliers and makers in Sharjah and Ajman can join too.

No. Kayyal gives independent cost and procurement guidance so you can compare, ask the right questions and negotiate. It is not a structural, engineering or legal sign-off. Always confirm permits with your community, developer and the relevant authority.
